As a fitness competitor, I am always try to find things
that help to give me that extra little push, whether it
is in training or toning. Unfortunately, genetically I
retain water very easy and have a very difficult time
losing water weight. I have tried numerous things but
they all seemed to be gimmicks, including water pills.
The reviews made them all sound like they were “Ground
breaking” techniques. It wasn’t until I started to do
the Body Wraps at International Body Wrap that I was

the Wraps 3 weeks prior to my last body building show in

absolutely shocked. Not only did the Body Wraps allow me

retention. I am the first person to criticize all of
